Sail Trail Tales

The thrill of delving into new and enriching experiences and sharing it with others led Bhamini to the path of being a Digital Content Creator in 2015.

“There’s so much to explore! I strive to ensure no two days are alike. The most exciting part of this journey is how each day unfolds in it’s own, unique way”. - Bhamini Puri

1. One line that describes you the best? A seeker of enriching experiences

2. How did you start your journey of being a Digital Content Creator? I have always enjoyed documenting my travel experiences and sharing it with friends and family whenever they wanted suggestions. It started with sharing interesting finds with my circle and gradually expanded as I started writing on multiple online, hyperlocal discovery platforms.

3. Did you always plan to become a Digital Content Creator? No. It started off as my way to give back to the community as I often found interesting recommendations online. Also, I have always been a photography enthusiast and enjoy being on either side of the camera.

4. With increasing competition in your field, how do you manage to pull it off? I don't look at other content creators as competition. This is an ever-expanding pie, with more people to collaborate with than compete.

5. What was the difference in experience between being a content creation in India and Canada? In India, many brands are particular about the kind of content that they would like to be created. Canadian brands are more generous in terms of the creative liberty offered to the content creator and appreciate the hard work that goes into content creation.

6. What do you enjoy the most - styling food or outfits? As a visual storyteller, I enjoy both equally.

7. Do you follow any specific fitness routine? Mostly yoga with some cardio thrown in. I enjoy walking, hiking and biking.

8. Do you get affected by the social media analytics? No, but it's a great way to identify what does the audience like the most and the demographics as well.

9. Food tasting vs Wine tasting - What do you enjoy the most? The best of both worlds, wine pairing :)

10. A book that describes you life the best. Start with Why by Simon Sinek
