PHC acquits Jud Leaders from the case of Mumbai Terror attacks

Pakistan's Lahore High Court acquitted Six members of Jamat-ud-Dawah, the organisation led by Hafiz Saeed that is responsible for terror-Financing Lakshkar - e - taiba for 2008 Mumbai Attack. The trial court had sentenced Nine year imprisonment to each member Prof Malik Zafar Iqbal, Yahya Mujahid, Nasrullah, Saimullah and Umar Bahadur while Hafiz Abdul Rehman Makki has been awarded a six month Jail for founding them guilty on terror funding in 2008 Mumbai terror attack that killed more than 160 Peoples. The Conviction is challenged in Lahore High Court where the division bench led by Chief Justice Muhammad Ameer Bhatti argued that the prosecution failed to prove the charge and said that the trial court had not appreciated the evidence properly which cause the miscarriage of Justice.
