United Kingdom Prime Minister Boris Johnson will unveil tough measures today to deal with the country's drug problem. The UK's home secretary called drugs a scourge in society. The 10-year plan will take on kingpins and bring down 2,000 more "county line" supplies, the Daily Mail reported.

The new law calls for the publication of crime scorecards to identify where the UK is lacking in its ability to address specific offenses.

On college campuses, students will be notified that drugs harm their lives through expanded drug testing and advertising campaigns.

With increased funding, Prime Minister Johnson has warned 'lifestyle' users whose cash keeps the industry afloat of the risks posed by using drugs.
