A 71kWh battery pack and a 95kWh battery pack are available for the Audi e-tron 50 and e-tron 55, respectively. The former generates 308 horsepower and 540 Nm of torque, while the latter generates 402 horsepower and 664 Nm. According to the WLTP cycle, the vehicle is said to have a range of 359–484 kilometres. The e-tron drives itself under normal circumstances using its rear electric motor; only when the driver's right foot demands more force than the motor can deliver does the all-wheel drive transfer torque to the front axle.

The e-tron drives with an unmistakably Audi feel; everything from the steering response to the body control is reminiscent of a Q7. Although it cannot move its heft around as easily as other full-size SUVs, it is nevertheless perfectly enough for daily travel. This is largely because to the e-adjustable tron's air suspension, which excels at providing a comfortable ride in Comfort and stable, planted handling in Dynamic. 0-60 kph can be reached in just 2.88 seconds, and 100 kph can be reached from a complete stop in 5.35 seconds. The e-tron is also incredibly speedy in gear, completing the run from 40 to 100 kph in just 3.53 seconds.
The two enormous touchscreen screens in the cabin, one for the infotainment system and the lower secondary unit housing the climate controls, are the focal point of the interior design, as they are in most modern premium Audi cars. The screens indeed look fantastic, especially at night, however they also attract fingerprints like crazy. The rest of the inside is classic Audi, so everything you touch or use, even the stalks for the wiper/indicator and the wing mirror controls, has a high- quality feel to it.

The e-tron 55 quattro manufactured for India includes a panoramic sunroof, Matrix LED headlights, soft-closing doors, ambient lighting, wireless charging, a 16-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system, four-zone climate control, and a heads- up display. In select regions, the e-tron also has virtual mirrors, which are essentially cameras that project images onto specific screens on the front doors instead of door mirrors.
