Theory #2 Mehul Choksi was kidnapped by Gurjit Bhandal and Gurmit Singh, who work for the Indian government and intended to forcefully take Mehul Choksi back to India but Mehul, with all his wealth cut a deal with his kidnappers and got a temporary relief in Dominica where he and his lawyers are fighting a case for his release. Theory #3 Mehul Choksi was kidnapped by Gurjit Bhandal and Gurmit Singh, who work for the Indian government and intended to forcefully take Mehul Choksi back to India, but Mehul who is a wealthy ‘Indian’ in the islands is bound to have connections and the Dominican police intervened on his behalf, saving him from being extradited to India.
